I'd like to provide more information.
I am not sure this is really a nspluginwrapper / firefox / flash issue.
I just tried to attach another usb camera, followed the same steps, and
choose the new camera in flash configuration. This time it works.
by reading the dmesg log.
I believe the working
I'm encountering the same problem.
Flash component that utilizes your webcam as input will be disallowed even if
the user said yes to the security question.
This is always reproducible by the following procedures.
1. use a ubuntu machine with webcam.
2. go to http://en.barcodepedia.com/
3. accept
