Why is installation media: Ubuntu 11.10 Oneiric Ocelot - Release
amd64 (20111012)? What repo did you use to install MySQL 5.6? What repo
did you use to install MariaDB 5.5?
Installation media is set automatically by the error report application,
I originally installed Ubuntu 11.10 from a CD and have since then
upgraded to every released version using the upgrade manager and am now
running 14.04.
