Warn the user about a reboot for reset

The current alert text is: All documents, saved games, settings, and
other items will be permanently deleted from this phone. And the button
is Erase Reset Everything.
I don't think this warrants extra text to explain that the phone will
restart. That is almost just an implementation detail for
Removed part re: launcher reset as it is being worked on in bug 1370345.
** Description changed:
Reset everything does not tell the user the phone will be shutdown,
while that may be obvious to some perhaps we should warn them the system
is rebooting now.
