I went the native package route as teatime is only meant to run on
ubuntu and in total is only a few KB large. Furthermore I fixed all the
linter issues. So I think it is ready from my side.

Sorry for the delay in response.
Yes, I guess you could make it a native package. The question you
should ask yourself isn't whether this is only available for Ubuntu,
though, but if you really want to upload the WHOLE source code every
time you make a change, even if only to the packaging. The
meh.. moved it to /opt precisely because I wanted to get it into ubuntu:

but as it is self-contained now moving is quite easy..
also fixed the rest of the errors in trunk.
