Is there any ability to get this looked at before 18.04? I have to
instruct everyone here to choose a location in the US during
installation so that the language settings are setup correctly. Then
after install, we go to Date and Time to set the timezone to Ethiopia.
Since Ubuntu is wanting
To be clear, the override for ET) should just be removed, then I assume
the language will not be overridden and the user will get their choice
they entered from the dialogs.
