This appears to be fixed now, so I'm marking the bug tasks as Fix released.

I'm having the same problem (I think). I believe the cause is that
kde4base is at version .93 but kdelibs5 is at .94 (which seems to have
the effect of kde4base depending upon libsoprano3 and kdelibs5, while at
the same time kdelibs5 depends upon libsoprano4. Libsoprano4 and
libsoprano3 conflict
Also non functional for me, though this was not the case a few days ago
- then an update marked all KDE 4 stuff for uninstallation, and this now
occurs when trying to reinstall.
