Unable to pick additional languages post-OS install
I did have network connectivity but since there is no way to set a proxy
during the install (need to file a feature request for that), all
installs by default here in corp envt such as Dell behind a proxy will
tend to not have network connectivity until user can login post os
install and set it

I just tried firing up Update Manager and it mysteriously went and
fetched 55 updates. After the updates were complete, the Language
Support tool now properly shows *all* the languages and when I pick
some non-english language such as chinese, it goes ahead and gets all
the packages it needs and I
Amit - did you have network connectivity when you initially installed? I
think Ubiquity attempts to download the language packs if it can.
