Although the latest debdiff fixes the FTBFS in the bug description I
then get:

ebug-http (0.31-1ubuntu1) hardy; urgency=low
* Add libtest-expect-perl to Build-Depends: fixes FTBFS (LP: #164166).

Apparently the second FTBFS affects pbuilders and not the buildds so I'm
uploading it so that we at least have a working package:
