Thanks, I have just slipped on that problem during the upgrade process, didn't
want to restart until I fix it.
Now It's all doing fine so far.
I'm wondering, does this file gets updated after the upgrade?
I don't know the exact purpose of it, but with only the above, It'll sure won't
do
I had symlinks at this files. Remove them solved the problem

I've solved the problem creating a __init__.py fake file only with
#!/usr/bin/python line .
Now, all the update works without problems.
