AppArmor just enforces the policies that were given to it; please report
this issue to whoever packaged the snap you're using.

I should also add that this is only activating when
XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP=KDE is set and when Qt5 tries to launch kio/ksysoca
to show proper KDE file open dialogs.

The same happens with VLC snap on Ubuntu 18.04 beta.
LC_ALL=C XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP=KDE snap run vlc -vvv results in the same
UI issues when opening a file dialog, and the attached apparmor denials
in messages.txt, with attached snap.vlc.vlc.
