Hi, bug seems to be resolved with last Ubuntu 18.04 and ppa update,
addons were reactivated.
Some of them needed to be done manually, but button for enabling
reappared, so it works normally, thanks for your help !

Retested on 62.0~b7+build1 + Ubuntu 16.04.3 LTS "Xenial Xerus".
Installation of new add-ons works as expected.
FF update totally delete all previously installed plugins. So you need to
re-install them manually - the good thing is that all add-ons configurations
are saved. Just install one more
The current builds of 62.0~b7+build1 in ppa:mozillateam/firefox-next
will fix this issue.

I have the same problem in Ubuntu 18.04 LTS with ppa Mozilla Team
Firefox Next enabled, but not on another computer on 18.10 development
version: Firefox is also in 62.06b and all addons still work well...
