For the changelog I would *prefer* that each of the LP bugs have what
they actually fix in them. I understand that they're referred to in the
previous Debian entries, but the changelog is the primary user-visible
documentation of updates and it's nice if it's clear.

this feels like a separate change to the bug being fixed here.
