Core 2 duo mac mini does not resume after correct suspend
I have the same problem. I have a pretty standard Hardy install on a mac
mini, and until today I hadn't upgraded the kernel.
Tonight I installed 2.26.27 (with synaptic, using the intrepid
repository), rebooted and checked with uname -a that I had the new
kernel. Then I tried to suspend the mini,
Update: the same thing happens when waking up from hibernation, i.e. the
display complains about the signal being out of range.

The Ubuntu Kernel Team is planning to move to the 2.6.27 kernel for the
upcoming Intrepid Ibex 8.10 release. As a result, the kernel team would
appreciate it if you could please test this newer 2.6.27 Ubuntu kernel.
There are one of two ways you should be able to test:
1) If you are comfortable
confirmed, bug does still exist in Hardy,

Issue is probably related to turning the screen off using DPMS (i guess this is
used when putting the pc to sleep for the monitor as well).
The simple fact is that about 90% of the time, when the screensaver is active
and then turns off the screen using DPMS, i won't be able to get my screen
i confirm this issue, it worked in hardy rc1 (i don't know about
previous hardy 'versions') with kernel version 2.6.24-12. unfortunatly
when the final release was there, suspend no longer worked, or at least
the display doesn't wake up. latest kernel now is 2.6.24-18, with the
same suspend issue.

Hi Peio,
I see that bug 162654 (214523 was marked a duplicate) was recently
marked Fix Released. Care to pull in the most recent updates and
verify it has been resolved. Also care to then verify if you still have
Suspend/Resume issues as noted in this bug report. If it still exists,
