I suspect this is a dupe of 84762; when that gets fixed, if your issue
still exists please undupe.
Possibly this was fixed when we changed from -mouse to -evdev in
Intrepid.

1. Mouse (standard USB mouse) works ok.
2. I plug it out from laptop (i.e. from USB socket), and after a second plug
it again.

I've attached the lspci output. However I can't reproduce this bug
anymore, I haven't even noticed when it got fixed; I guess that some of
the updates that were installed in the meantime solved it. So this bug
can be closed.

file from after reproducing this issue. If you've made any customizations to
your /etc/X11/xorg.conf please attach that as well.
