Every second ubuntu release seems to break the keyspan firmwares ...
last time it was the config option not enabled, this time I suppose it's
something else, and everytime we have to battle to get them back.
Waiting for the next release isn't a reasonable option for a
As a work around, I converted
kernel-firmware-2.6.29.1-1.rt4.1.fc10.ccrma.noarch.rpm for Fedora 10 to a deb
package with alien and installed. Seems to work great with my Jaunty
2.6.28-11-generic kernel.
My Keyspan USB serial adapter works perfectly now.
