To capture logs like dmesg output and /var/log/syslog you need to first
open a Terminal window and then type in the follwing commands:
dmesg > dmesg.log
cat /var/log/syslog > syslog.log
It would be best to capture there logs after a fresh boot and also after
you're reproduced the cras
