same problem using an X config with an Intel display on :0.0 and a

Tried reverting to the nvidia 173.14.16 driver. It resulted in the same problem
so the issue must have been present since that version or seems not nvidia
related. Could not get the 96 version to run to try that one.

I can confirm this on a geforce 6600 with the 180 series drivers in
jaunty. applications loaded on the second xserver screen show up on the
first - makes simple things like trying to use my tv-out to watch a
movie impossible.

My xorg.conf. Basically a typical dual-monitor setup, additional stuff
for my touchpad (turning SHMConfig on), no Xinerama. The two screens are
