I am using VLC media player 1.0.0 . The settings for the sound equalizer
and video effects ,.. etc do not stay after closing the player, so I
have to set them every time I play a movie. I am not even sure that the
video / audio synchronization is working either, there is no effect on
some of the

I've found out what's caused the blank presets. Its the moomex theme. It's
odd as the moomex theme worked with vlc on Intrepid. Here's a link to that
theme:

I've just tried another theme from that site namely 'Murrina dark

I'm running Jaunty beta fully updated. When I use VLC media player and
- go to the graphic equalizer options and choose presets not are actually
- visible on the drop down box. If
I cannot confirm that the eq presets are not being shown, because they
show up just fine for me on a fully updated jaunty install. However I
can confirm the the tick on the graphic eq does not stay ticked when vlc
changes to a different song. I can also confirm the the tick to enable
spatialiser
