Windows containing "tran" in the titl
I finally found the solution, it was my wrong doing, I forgot I had set compiz
to remove the window decorations and block any window movement for a terminal
profile called 'trans'. hence if there was trans in the title that happened.
solution there: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=846305
Carlin? do you have compiz enabled?
Because I've had the same problem (when any string with 'trans' is in
the titlebar) since 8.10, but it only seems to happen with compiz

apport and reinstalled it, this populated the /etc/default/apport file. I
changed enabled=0 to enabled=1 and triggered the crash in epiphany, nothing new
happened.
So I did "sudo force_start=1 /etc/init.d/apport start
thank you for opening this bug and helping make Ubuntu better. I have
tried this, and had no issues at all, with ffox, epiphany, gedit, and
vim.
I would like you to repeat it, as follows:
1. edit /etc/default/apport ('sudo /etc/default/apport'; replace
'' by your preferred editor, like vi
