I uses Ubuntu 9.10 with Japanese team repository with kernel
vmlinuz-2.6.31-16-generic.
I installed gromit 20041213-4 and had the simillar problem like #1, but in my
case, the red lines are drawn not only from the left-top corner, but also
horizontal and perpendicular lines are drawn from the
The patch helps, a bit... but I just tried using gromit with a wiimote
and got this strange result. All those lines are in fact only dots I
drew, but those dots get extended in a certain direction. I guess this
is the point the mouse was when gromit was activated?

Did the patch already make it to the repos?
The bug persists in Jaunty on i386 architecture when installing gromit from the
repos. (Version installed is 20041213-4)
Installing the patched version linked above solves the problem.
