I had not actually realized that the templates had been created already,
thanks for the heads up Adi.
In general, although the import seems to have been implemented, since
the export from Launchpad is not functional in the package yet, we do
not want to expose the strings to translators, as we sti
The template is in the import queue.
Since this is not a normal pot file I will ask for David or Arne to
approve it.

Packaing work required to make the import fly:
webfav needs to use /usr/share/mozilla-devscripts/lp-locale-export.mk to
exports the template (en-US.xpi) during build. Currently launchpad won't auto
import translations, so after you uploaded a new webfav, remember to upload the
webfav.xpi renamed
