Bluetooth killswitch doesn't work on Eee PC 901

This bug is about the bluetooth killswitch and the killswitches in
/sys/class/rfkil for both bluetooth and wifi do work with 2.6.31-rc5.
This means that bluetooth can be toggled in System -> Settings ->
Bluetooth.
The problem with wifi is another one. The connection to an access point
needs to be
NO
on my eee1000H, running 9.10 / 2.6.31-rc5 (from mainline) the system hangs if
you toggle WIFI off with Fn+F2. This is not a new bug. Same thing happend with
-rc4.
On next boot, Wifi is off, and you have to toggle it on again, and it works.

With the latest main-line kernel (2.6.31-rc5) this problem is fixed.
WLAN, bluetooth and camera toggle works. So I think the next kernel
update from 2.6.31-4-generic to 2.6.31-5-generi

The problem is the rewrite of the rfkill module. If you echo a 0 or 1 in
/sys/class/rfkill/rfkillX/state a "operation not permitted" error gets
displayed even if you are root. In Jaunty this worked flawlessly. But the
strange thing is that this works with wifi toggle but not with bluetooth or
