I didn't prepare a merge, since we're way over Debian import freeze.
Debian import freeze doesn’t stop you from manually syncing or merging
new versions from Debian, it only stops the automatic syncs. (See
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebianImportFreeze.) Anyway, we’re in a new
development cycle.
