Since I switched to Ubuntu 9.10 I have the Gnome Network Manager showing a
signal strength of 2/4, while it was 4/4 on Ubuntu 9.04. Also iwconfig says
40/100.
I'm not close enough to the router to have a full field, but I'm sure that
should be quite close to it (at least 80/100).
