This bug is not a duplicate of #433701. #433701 requested the Services tool to be removed, and was "fixed". This bug is about "Services" being gone, a side effect of important changes in that part of Ubuntu, and should be left open until another tool is inplace, or marked "wontfix" accordingly. Es
