I'm closing this bug after having tested it on a Polish Karmic
installation and having confirmed that the Switch User... string
appears correctly translated.
Tomasz, pleae feel free to reopen it if the issue is not fixed for you.

I think this is an tranzient error and it will be fix at the next
update.
Can you please check your /usr/share/locale-langpack/pl/LC_MESSAGES
/indicator-session.mo file, and see if there is a translation for New
session
