Hi Siqdiz,
The warning reported here typically indicates that it took longer for
your system to resume from suspend than expected. I believe there is a
5 sec barrier which your system likely exceeded.
Very similar problem on Dell Ubuntu 1525 after upgrade from 9.04 to
9.10, doesn't wake up, has to be restarted, issues same warning. Very
stock setup, would expect this to be common problem.

I have the same problem, however it seems to just keep happening
randomly after an hour or so. Not from sleep mode or anything, it just
happens out of nowhere and networking stops working.

I had the same error message in a dialog box just after starting the 9.10 live
cd. I could not get any further details and report it here because I was not
connected to the internet, as I had just started it. But I managed to get
something out from the syslog,that looked like a bug, I am not

This problem started occurring after upgrading to 9.10. I upgraded with
sudo update-manager -d 5 days ago.
