Hi. If I encounter any errors about "GStreamer" in future, I will
attempt to provide the log requested by Jean-Francois. I'm not sure how
to run PiTiVi how Jean-Francois described. Do I have to go into the
Ubuntu Terminal to do that?

All those issues (because there are more than one in this report) either
already exist in upstream bugtracker or aren't really bugs:
* Youtube not accepting theora 1.1 : their problem, not ours. You seem to have

instructions, this is not helpful in knowing what happened. It needs to
be consistently reproducible, and ideally with debug logs. You could
create debug logs by running pitivi like this, for example:
