No, strictly speaking Ctrl+Insert is copy (Ctrl-C equivalent), Shift+Insert is paste (Ctrl-V equivalent) and Shift+Delete is cut (Ctrl-X equivalent). I believe you mean paste, rather than copy. Ctrl+insert is an idiom in some applications for pasting the mouse-selected copy buffer. This is a feature request, rather than a bug. It is also too general to be meaningful: to get this worked on, you should submit separate bugs against the specific ap
