OK, thanks for letting us know. If you experience the same problem with
a newer version of Ubuntu please open a separate bug. I'm closing this
one now since we cannot pursue it further without log files.

the files from the Live CD before turning off the machine.
To upload the files you need to run firefox from the Live CD session
where the installer cras
I am not sure where to add this requested information. This was
during an install from LiveCD so the log would be either in RAM
memory or not available.
