At a minimum this should be in the System section of the Applications
Place. But I think we're doing a shoddy job of exposing settings at the
moment, should review the actual Unity spec to make sure if that piece
has been designed differently to the current implementation, or if now
that we have
It's accessible under the name Monitors from the Applications Place in
the System section with unity-place-applications 0.2.18, so marking as
