Nautilus' File Operation dialog gets stuck and prevents opening new
Nautilus windows
* You can subscribe to bug 647979 by following this link:
removing the duplicate. The other bug was about not being able to open a
new nautilus window because of this thumb. Now people can, which is
better, but we still have the thumb.
So, letting the other fix released a keep this one for this specific
issue.

I haven't test Ubuntu Desktop so I don't know, if it's only Unity
problem.
As I recall on my Ubuntu Destkop I have some problem with Nautilus when
my router have hanged, then I have unmanaged copy dialog, but not
minimalized. And then other windows of Nautilus works correctly.
It was not the
the problem is simply reproduce able by copying and pasting something of
a least size that the copy dialog appears.

Some update:
I can run nautilus from console, so it's a problem with launcher.
When I press right mouse button on this icon I get a menu with 4 items:
Show copy dialog, File manager, Keep in Launcher and Quit.
Keep in Launcher is selected and using Quit do nothing.
