Thanks for filing the bug, but the behaviour you've identified is what
we want for Natty. The reason for this overlap is to ensure that the
left-most menu is always in a predictable place on the screen.

I also have this problem with File Manager and terminal. Seems like the
menu just needs to be moved to the right a little more.

I think the behaviour is correct as designed - the app name is being
displayed in the panel when windows are not maximised, and the window
title is being displayed on the window itself. The menu in the panel is
the menu for the window that has the focus.

This happens in Empathy english too, the title of the Empathy window is
Contact List on its window titlebar and Empathy Internet Messaging in
the top panel. Also happens with Aislerot Solitaire, Klondike game,
where the name of the window in the titlebar is Klondike, whereas the
name in the top pan
Note that this also happens with language set to English. See Rhythmbox.
