maverick: suspend / hibernate work only correctly by timeout or low
battery
There were again minor problems when a hardware component (e.g. USB
mouse or PCMCIA card) was pulled/plugged with the system in suspend
state. Adding e100 and ath5k as modules to be unloaded before suspending
helped.

Resolved now by using the mainline kernel 2.6.36! All power functions
work great, no matter what kind of LAN/WLAN/GSM card is plugged in.
Additionally the maverick kernel seems to have a PCMCIA hot-plug problem
which caused a segmentation fault and the need to reboot after pulling a
PCMCIA card -
