Hi,
I confirm this bug on ASUS A6J laptop. Ubuntu boots flawlessly up to
6.10. But 7.04 and higher fail loading hardware with a kernel panic.
Even with latest BIOS update.
How to get it back working ?

detected and coped with the problem. There's nothing we can do about
BIOS bugs.
