We had the same issue with Persian translations!
This way ubuntu translated docs are useless for Persian, Hebrew, Arabic and any
other rtl language...

Unfortunately non of Gnome help is translated into Hebrew (or Arabic,
another rtl languages, in which the same problem exists, as far as I can

"default:LTR" is used for LTR languages. In RTL languages, this should
be translated to "default:RTL". In the Hebrew translation in Rosetta,
there is no translation (defaulting to LTR display).

Does the Gnome help display properly? For example, click on the Desktop
left hand menu and try some of those documents.
