Here's design guidance:
- the Launcher should be visible for at least a second
- if the user has held Super for more than a second, so it's been
visible for that length, it can disappear as soon as Super is released
So, the instant Super is pressed we can determine the earliest time it
should
Not waiting for the one extra second is definitively doable, but needs
design input and maybe be coherent with the effect you have when you
hover the ubuntu logo and move the mouse outside of it (and the
launcher).
It's not some extra seconds, just one for the record (the launcher just
stay drawn
