seems rather a local configuration issue, launchpad is a internet site
not something you can run on your computer, seems you right click on a
directory and selected to open those with a different soft and asked for
it to be default

I am sorry but I have not the slightest idea how this problem arose. To my
mind it started after trying the Dolphin file manager. I have been
uninstalling Openoffice 3.2 English version and installing Openoffice 3.3.
NL version. some steps were taken by copying
