AJenbo, we decided in bug 734958 that we aren't going to open the
"switching" section for translation. However, these strings do appear
in the "windows" section in Lucid. Are they translatable there?

The section still exist in Lucid, i believe there is still 2 planned
updates for Lucid that will include updated translations of this
document.
