upstream dpkg-cross is now patched to handle packages like this in bug
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=619400. An upload is
expected imminently, at which point bug
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/dpkg-cross/+bug/736154 can
bring this in to natty.
