While I can confirm Patrick's report I don't think the behaviour he
expects is desirable, as this would mean that only to switch between
applications you would have to do more than one click. Maybe we can come
up with a different idea to satisfy beginners and more sophisticated
users at the same

Example:
2 Firefox windows,
3 terminal windows
- Firefox is maximized in foreground,
- click on terminal launcher switches back to last active terminal window
- only 2nd! click (with terminal beeing in foreground) on terminal launcher
triggers scale

clicking a launcher that has more than one window open should trigger
compiz scale by default

Josh.. it does not. At least not in the current beta.
Steps to reproduce:
- Click on another launcher
- Click on the launcher with multiple windows
- Only one window is focused, the scale plugin is not triggered.
