pg_restore don't create index
I just tried this on a test database: I pg_dump'ed an UTF-8 cluster with
some non-ASCII symbols (ü, €) and pg_restore'd it again to a LATIN9
([EMAIL PROTECTED]) cluster. The index was restored properly.
Thus this bug seems to be specific to your database. Does the db contain
anything
