still get it with the Kubuntu Karmic RC1( ati 200M laptop ) after an kubuntu 9.04 upgrade but also from a liveCD. There's no xorg.conf by default and it does it so I created a simple one and still get it with both "ati" and "radeon" xorg drivers. But, it does not happen I used "vesa" I've also tri
