error saving to m
that problem was due to migration from mbox to maildir and should be
fixed now, sadly if you already migrated you need to fix it manually by
going to "Edit > Prefs > Mail Accounts > Edit > Defaults > Folder for
sent messages" and set the sent folder again. upstream bug is
