Feel free to ask me (or #debian-ubuntu generally) for sponsorship, any
time. The best way to get upload privileges is to maintain your packages
well so your sponsors get tired of sponsoring uploads that didn't need
checking.

In the case of Byobu, Debian is more of a downstream, not Ubuntu's
upstream here. There are far more users of Byobu in Ubuntu (and its
PPAs), than in Debian, so I don't really see Debian/testing providing
much value in this particular FFE assessment.

I'd like to think, though, that this FFE would not block on that, as
uploading Byobu to Ubuntu has never blocked on getting it into Debian.
