ok... the issue at hand here appears to be the mix of 0.18 and 0.20
packages. ill check about the backport on the plugins. if it *still*
isnt backported, i do have them dapper built on another repository.

Okay I checked into the backport. Looks like they got overlooked from being
acked after build. I contacted ubuntu-archive, and you should see them
showing up on dapper backports in the near future. I'll close up the bug
once they are.
