Since this bug was reported, Ubuntu One has been retired. Ubuntu SSO was
sucked towards the vortex, and is now called ... Ubuntu One.
In 14.04, the dialog says "Sign up to Ubuntu One", or -- if you choose
"Log-in" -- "Sign in to Ubuntu One". The terminology difference is a

This is a bug in the dialog, not in USC. It shouldn't be the
responsibility of every callsite that uses the dialog to mention Ubuntu
Single Sign-On somewhere. That's just asking for some of them to forget
(and it would cause headaches if/when Ubuntu Single Sign-On ever changes
its brand name).
