Oh, my god...the old problem came up again tonight. When I was trying to
start Firefox a few hours ago, it suddenly crashed and the whole system
freezes and I had to shut down the machine with force. When I tried to
reboot via the ubuntu recovery mode, I got the following error
messages:

Those messages are indicative of a hardware failure already or one being
imminent. I'm not sure how we could help you with that.

These files were obtained when the desktop was freezing. :)
I'm not sure if i should have gotten them from the recovery mode right
after the system froze...
