As additional info, I realized this happen when you hover your mouse
over the Launcher, causing it to appear and all programs minimize.

I'm sorry if I necro an old bug report, but it contains exactly the same
behaviour as deascribed here.
I installed Ubuntu 11.04 and after a few days of use *fully patched*, I
started experiencing this same problem. When opening a program and
moving the cursor, all programs minimize as if I clicked

Just curious, when you click on show desktop all of the windows are
minimized and your desktop is shown? Shouldn't that be the reaction?
Sorry a little confused by this bug, maybe someone else will help me
understand it
