Jan, this bug was reported a while ago and there hasn't been any
activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an issue? If
so, could you please test for this with the latest development release
of Ubuntu? ISO images are available from http://cdimage.ubuntu.com
/daily-live/current/ .
This is quite an old bug indeed.
The system in question was upgraded to ubuntu 13.04 or 13.10 (don't remember
exactly) which resulted in a black screen when X was supposed to have started
and an unusable system. I did not investigate this deeply but instead did a
fresh install of Xubuntu

blacklisting combinations. Poulsbo blacklisted and psb_gfx enabled
